C. A. Rosetti Square in Bucharest has become an opportunity to think about designing a hotel project with approximately 100 rooms. The aiming of this is to bring a higher value to the city through the quality of public service and through the future development perspective of the city. The tower creates a connection with other high buildings in the city in order to intergate itself into the urban context. Therefore, the hotel, which rises slenderly over the surrounding roofs, becomes a landmark, an important element in the evolution of the city. However it outstands through the quality of housing and the view offered to temporary residents.
